Broker’s License -  I have the desire to want to know as much as I can about my profession and the dedication to make it happen.  To this end I achieved my Arizona Broker's license, rather than just a salesperson's license.  Getting a Broker's license involves a certain level of experience as well as time, money, education and the ability to pass stringent school and state tests.  I feel the knowledge I've gained helps me better represent my clients.  I've been Managing Broker of two real estate office and the experience has really helped me learn to deal with problems!
 
 
Philosophy If you interview Realtors, invariably you'll find any number of them who will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your business.  I'm not one of them.  I may lose business by being honest, but the clients I work with learn they can trust what I say and that I'll give them reliable advice and come back to use me again as well as refer me to their friends and relatives.
 
Selling, Marketing & Professional Services - I don't think of what I do as "sales."  I have a great deal of experience in sales and have repeatedly ranked #1 worldwide (against hundreds of competitors) in direct sales efforts.  If I represent you as a
Buyer's Agent, I'm not out to "sell" you a home.  I provide professional services that involve analytical research, market analysis and the creation and negotiation of contracts and a host of accompanying details resulting in the best home for you at the best price.
 
If I am Listing your home for sale and representing you as a
Seller's or Listing Agent, I'm not actually "selling" your home.  This one's perhaps a bit more abstract, but what I'm doing is "marketing" your home to do the right things to bring it to the attention of Buyer's and Buyer's Agents.  Add to this market research and contract negotiation - my goal is to see your home sold for the best price in the shortest possible time. 
 
Background
My background's a little different from the average Realtor.  I spent over 15 years in the Technology Sector, have been Vice President of two corporations and have had experience in International and Domestic Marketing, Sales Management and Operations Management.  I've traveled and lectured all over the world.  I've worked with attorneys in the US and Europe creating and negotiating contracts for many years.  I bring a strong commitment to customer service, communications and an attention to detail not commonly found in the Real Estate world.
